At Saco Bay Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy, our experienced clinical team will design an individualized plan of care that aligns with your specific goals in mind. We offer a wide range of services, dedicated to treating patients of varying ages and activity levels:

Orthopedics: Whether you've sustained a mild strain, or have had a major surgical procedure, our physical therapists will work with you in a goal-oriented program to regain maximal, pain-free function.

Sports Medicine: We provide sport rehabilitation services for multiple local high schools onsite and in our center. The goal of our physical therapists and athletic trainers is to return injured athletes to their optimal performance level in whichever sport they participate.

Industrial: We are focused on returning injured workers back to their place of employment in a timely and safe manner. We will provide highly focused functional rehabilitation programs that ensure ideal return-to-work status. We also provide screening procedures designed to ensure safety in the workplace.

Pelvic Health: We offer patients access to our specialized CoreVia Pelvic Health program. CoreVia provides care - and relief - to men, women and children who experience pelvic floor dysfunction. Our highly skilled pelvic health physical therapists will help you feel your best.

Our Team

Katelyn Cloutier , P.T., DPT, PRPC, Center Manager

Kate is a 2014 graduate from Husson University with a doctorate of physical therapy. Most of her career has been spent practicing pelvic health rehabilitation for men and women, advancing studies through Herman and Wallace and the American Physical Therapy Association. In 2021 she completed her pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certification and has served as the center manager at the Scarborough office. Her aim is to increase pelvic health awareness in southern Maine with a special interest in the athletic female.

Marie Ann Dittmer, P.T.

Marie has been treating patients since 1991. She received a master's degree in physical therapy from Springfield College. She has experience working with patients of various ages with neurologic and orthopedic injuries, and has now added the specialty of pelvic health therapy into her practice offerings. She is passionate about teaching the HOW of exercise mechanics, drawing from her experiences as a gymnast and coach and incorporating methods from yoga, Pilates and neuro techniques. She is experienced with manual therapy techniques, with a focus on myofascial release and craniosacral therapies. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising, hiking and biking.

Morgan Glazer , P.T., DPT

Morgan has been treating patients since 2017 and specializing in pelvic health since 2020. She earned a doctorate in physical therapy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science. She treats the orthopedic population as well as women's and men's health. She has advanced knowledge of pelvic health therapies through Herman and Wallace and various other online coursework. She welcomed a son into the world September 2023 and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about skiing and the outdoors.

Erin Rutherford, P.T., DPT

Erin received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of New England and bachelor's degree in biology at Boston College where she published research as a student and a post-baccalaureate fellow and first discovered her love for research and evidence-based practice. She has a background in classical ballet, and since 2018 has worked as a Yoga instructor in California and Maine. Erin works with patients who have orthopedic and pelvic health diagnoses.
